Objectives of this Role

 

  • Process all types of commercial, mortgage and consumer loan transactions from booking through payoff, for all branches.
  • Generates monthly board reports, reconcile bills, general ledger, credit card and deposit accounts.
  • Ensure monthly submission of credit reporting and accurate responses to E-Oscar disputes and manages credit reporting corrections.
  • Resolve general inquiry requests from internal and external customers.

 

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Determination of releasing loan funds according to the banks standard policy and procedures.
  • Determination of releasing refunds when applicable.
  • Ability to calculate accruals, reverse & reapply payments and create manual billing statements.
  • Create, revise, and update policies and procedures.

Qualifications 

 

  • 1-3 years banking experience preferred.
  • Must be detailed oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high workload and prioritize multiple tasks to insure timely completion.
  • Must be a team player and work well with all levels of bank personnel.
  • Must be able to work accurately under time constraints.
  • Adhere to policies for regulatory requirements of the bank.
  • Proficient with mainframe systems as well as complete Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to pass a background check.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
