Objectives of this Role

 

  • Work as a team with other Deposit Operations employees to complete daily tasks, demonstrating respect and professionalism, being prompt, and supporting management, departments and customers with special requests as needed
  • Demonstrate a positive and collaborative attitude in working with internal and external customers
  • Work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Perform Treasury Management activities including but not limited to; positive pay, sweeps, ACH originators and exposure limits, Remote Deposit Capture, online banking, wire customers, bill pay, account analysis 
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, and that documentation and record keeping is accurately and properly maintained. 
  • Assist Treasury Management Sales and Commercial lenders with document preparation for accounts, business products, services, and customer service issues.    
  • Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal government rules and regulations and keep abreast of industry direction and technology advances.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills. Ability to be proactive, prioritize, and multi-task. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

 

  • 2-5 years banking experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and experiencepreferred
  • Personal computer skills with extended viewing of computer screens
  • Visual acuity sufficient to accurately review and proof information
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency

 

 

Physical Demands

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
